The Answers You Need
When will I receive my order?
It takes 3-7 days to fulfill an order. Products are shipped out thereafter.
The shipping time depends on your location. Typical shipping times are 3-5 business days within the US and 10-20 days Internationally.
Fulfillment will be longer due to COVID-19. Please be prepared for delays in that regard and plan accordingly.
What do I need to know about ordering internationally?
Shipments outside of the USA may incur customs fees depending on the destination country. The fee may vary depending on your order value, country limits, and other factors based on the product itself. End recipient is responsible for these fees.
We highly recommend including your phone number in the order when ordering internationally - this will minimize the risk of an order being lost in transit and make delivery of the order smoother.
My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?
Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:
Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address.
Ask your local post office if they have your package.
If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, get in touch with us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number.
If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order. Replacement orders will be sent at your expense.
How do I track my order?
You will receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, please reach out to us at Haelee.email@example.com.
I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?
We are so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email us within 7 days. Please include photos of the damaged product, your your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We will follow up with you with a resolution within 72 hours.
What is your return policy?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Unworn and unused will be accepted for return and refund.
What is your exchange policy?
Please contact us via email for any exchange requests. Unworn or unused items will be exchanged as requested within 7 days of receipt of the original shipment.
