Listeners of 92.1 FM might have heard that a event called the Boss up Sip and Shop is happening from 11 AM - 6 PM in Raleigh, NC on June 12, 2021. It will specifically highlight black owned businesses that are making positive moves in RDU and throughout NC. It will feature food, raffles, and of course an opportunity to shop.
This event will take place at 1705 East.1705 East is a special event center that is In a restored Southern home. The exterior lends itself beautifully to photography with manicured grounds, a majestic oak tree, and a welcoming entrance flanked by white columns. Beyond the front entrance, the stunning and renovated inside décor provides a more contemporary, upscale setting for celebrations, events, etc.
The Rules of a Big Boss LLC has partnered with 1705 East to participate in this momentous event. We will be selling merchandise, autographing books, offering a first look at our latest book (The Rules of a Little Boss), and simply enjoying the community. We will also be doing free giveaways. The Rules of a Little Boss is a manual to help elementary school aged children gain and improve self-esteem.
Free event bags will be given to the first 20 shoppers. If you’re unable to make it out, we ask that you please be on the lookout for the release of The Rules of a Little Boss. The ebook releases on June 12, 2021 and the hardcover releases on June 20, 2021.
