Markeeter E Knox is a wife, mother, and educator. She’s a philanthropist, champion of diverse communities, mentor, and a veteran of the US Air Force. One of her goals in life is to ensure that children feel like they’re loved particularly young ladies.
She’s releasing her first ever book, I Scream You Scream: We All Learn About Ice Cream with respect to those reasons stated above. She wrote this book in concert with her 6-year-old daughter, Trinity. Readers will join them on a fun adventure in learning how multicultural children fit into this diverse world.
This book, published by The Rules of a Big Boss LLC will officially launch tomorrow, July 23, 2022 at Two Scoops Creamery in Rock Hill, South Carolina. Renee O’Neil of CN2 News covered her in a story as a prelude to her upcoming release on July 6, 2022. You can watch a replay of the story by going here. There will be games, prizes, trivia, and crafts for the entire family. Attendees will also have a chance to take photos with the author, have their books signed, and engage with special guests.
Markeeter says that publishing this book is a three year journey come true. I’m happy that my daughter, Haelee and I along with Two Scoops were able to play a part in making this happen for her.
