The Primplife Plan [in partnership with The Rules of a Big Boss] is proud to announce that Triton Events has been chosen as the official caterer for our Remodel U Workshop. At any rate, Triton Events was established in 2011 by Chef DeAndra Hairston. The name was established in honor of her late father Keith Shouse (TritonPlayer). Keith gave piano lessons to those who had a passion to play music in ministry while simultaneously feeding and catering small events. Her grandfather, William Ralph Shouse was also a local caterer in the Piedmont Triad area before him. DeAndra has secured the legacy set by them in not only becoming a caterer, but a small business owner as well. DeAndra made a concerted effort to ensure that she was up for the task by studying Office Administration and Business Management at Forsyth Technical Community College and Culinary Arts at Guilford Technical Community College (GTCC).
Triton Events specializes in southern gourmet, Italian, Jamaican, American, and bistro dishes. They resultantly cater for a myriad of events to include weddings, birthday parties, retirement parties, and small group events to name a few. They also provide lunch delivery service throughout the Piedmont Triad area. You can read more about them by going here.
We resultantly reached out to Triton Events on short notice in submitting a request for proposal (RFP) on December 28, 2021. They provided a response due back in record time by submitting their proposal on December 31, 2021. That in and of itself blew us away given that it was a holiday. They continued to amaze us in that they checked off all of the boxes in their response to our solicitation. Given that sentiment, we are well pleased to choose and announce them as our official catering sponsor for this upcoming event in support of empowering, inspiring, and motivating young ladies.
