Our Proposal Was Approved
Updated: Sep 11, 2022
My daughter, Haelee told me on August 10, 2022 that she wanted to do more workshops like she did with Durham County Library on June 10, 2022. I told her that I’d help her develop a proposal that we’d then send to Charlotte Mecklenburg County, Greensboro, and Alamance County Libraries since I have roots there. We submitted the proposals on August 15, 2022 and thought nothing of it. I mean if it was meant to be it would be and if then then it wouldn’t be at this moment.
Well Eric Hartman, Adult Services Librarian, Charlotte Mecklenburg Library said that it was meant to be on September 9, 2022. He specifically said:
Hello Ms. Moone,

While we understand that no promises are made, we appreciate your taking the time to review/approve our proposal and correspond with us. On another note, did I mention that she’s running for class President and Representative?
